Hey, I’m Jennifer.

I’m the founder of Ananta Vida, where I support individuals and high-stress teams — particularly within hospitality and service-led environments- to rebuild physical resilience, regulate the nervous system, and prevent burnout through practical, personalised well-being practices.

Ananta Vida began as a space for my own continual learning and grew into a way of guiding others back into connection with themselves through movement, breathwork, nutrition, and mindful living — in ways that are sustainable, grounded, and applicable to real life and work.

My relationship with movement began at the age of five through classical ballet, which laid strong foundations in how I understand the body — not only in how it moves, but how it adapts, heals, and expresses itself under pressure.

Food has always been another core teacher. Working in a professional kitchen deepened my understanding of food beyond pleasure, into nourishment, rhythm, and ritual — and gave me firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of hospitality work.

Over time, I expanded my training to include yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, allowing me to integrate both modern and traditional approaches to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I am currently deepening this work through yoga therapy training, weaving therapeutic principles into my teaching and sessions.

My work focuses on supporting:

  • stress and burnout recovery

  • nervous system regulation

  • digestive health and energy balance

  • postural realignment and functional movement

  • mental and emotional resilience

I’m passionate about guiding people toward a more sustainable and non-restrictive relationship with health — where food brings joy, movement feels empowering, and discipline becomes a source of confidence, clarity, and calm rather than pressure.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, practical approach to wellbeing — for yourself or your team — I’d love to connect.
