Hey, I’m Jennifer.

I started Ananta Vida both for myself to continually learn and also to help others focus on reconnecting with themselves through personalised movement, breathwork, nutrition, and mindful living.

My journey with movement began at the young age of five through classical ballet, which laid strong foundations in my knowledge and curiosity on how the body moves, heals and expresses itself.

The relationship I have with food has always been passionate and experimental, leading me to cook in a professional kitchen that deepened my love for food, not just as a pleasure, but as nourishment and ritual.

Over time, I expanded my knowledge to include yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, bringing together both modern and ancient tools to support both mental and physical well-being.

I am currently deepening my knowledge through yoga therapy training, integrating therapeutic principles into my work.

I focus on supporting you through:

  • stress and burnout recovery

  • digestive health

  • nervous system regulation

  • postural realignment and functional movement

  • mental and emotional resilience

I am passionate about guiding people to understand themselves better through a sustainable and non-restrictive approach to health and well-being where food brings joy, movement feels empowering, and discipline creates confidence and peace.
